1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Siam Aurum service — whether through our online engine, WhatsApp, or LINE — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all outcall wellness therapies delivered within Bangkok, Thailand.
2. Booking & Confirmation
You agree to provide accurate location details (Hotel/Room Number). A booking request is only considered finalized once you receive a written confirmation message from our concierge via WhatsApp or LINE.
3. Cancellation Policy
Siam Aurum requires a minimum of 1 hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made with less than 30 minutes notice, or once a therapist has arrived, may incur a travel fee to compensate the professional.
4. Guest Conduct & Safety
We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate, sexual, or abusive behavior. Siam Aurum therapists are licensed medical professionals. Any misconduct results in immediate termination of the session without refund and a permanent ban from our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Siam Aurum acts as a coordinator for certified, independent therapists. We are not liable for undisclosed medical conditions, injuries arising from guest negligence, or loss of personal property during a session. Please secure all valuables before your therapist arrives.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
