Our average arrival time is 45 minutes from booking confirmation. Same-day bookings are welcome subject to availability. We recommend booking 2–3 hours ahead for guaranteed slot.
Yes. All therapists hold Thai Ministry of Public Health certification. Many are graduates of Wat Pho Traditional Medicine School — Thailand's most prestigious massage academy.
Everything: premium massage mat, fresh linens, organic essential oils, warm stones on request, calming music. You simply provide a comfortable floor space of approximately 2m x 1.5m.

Yes. We send two certified therapists simultaneously. Select your treatments, duration, and request two therapists when booking. Popular for anniversaries and special occasions.
Yes — 365 days a year including all Thai public holidays. Hours are 10:00 AM to Midnight daily. Late-night slots available on request.
We ask for at least 1 hour notice for cancellations. This ensures our therapists are fairly compensated for travel. Same-day cancellations within 30 minutes may incur a small fee.
Yes. Hotels, condominiums, private villas and homes across Bangkok. If your building has security protocols, mention this when booking so your therapist can plan accordingly.
Our therapists are trained to adapt for most common conditions. Please inform us of any medical history or injuries when booking. Consult your physician for specific medical concerns.
